Dirt Candle
Dirt Candle
“It really does smell like dirt!” says everyone who picks it up. Some associate this scent with potatoes, some with corn fields, others with childhood mud-pies made on scorching Summer afternoons in the backyard. Whatever association you have with the scent of dirt, this will sweep you away in memory.

Smells absolutely nostalgic to Arizona in the summer time during monsoon season.
Remember when you were young, out playing, and running as fast you could? Remember when you scraped your knee and had to rinse it off with the hose out back? Remember making mud pies with your best friend? THAT is what this smells like. Not "pretty", but real nostalgic. My only negative is that it doesn't smell like much when you light it (but maybe that means I need to dust/give the dogs a bath), but I do love just opening it and deeply inhaling.
Being from the mid-west where black dirt is common, I find this candle a total luxury out here in the Sonoran desert. It really does smell like rich, wet, black dirt. It takes me back to running barefoot through the yard in Indiana as a little kid. Thank you for carrying such a unique scent. It's my absolute favorite for when I'm feeling homesick.
