Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. For safety and hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be restocked or resold and are not eligible for return.

If you would like to return an unused, unopened product, please contact us at hello@bisbeesoapandsundry.com with the reason for your return. Returns will only be honored with proof of purchase in the form of a receipt issued at the time of purchase.

Bisbee Soap and Sundry, INC is not responsible for any individual reaction to any ingredient. No return or refund will be granted based on fragrance or scent preference. Fragrance is subjective. Each product is clearly labeled with a list of ingredients. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

PROMOTIONAL EXCLUSION
Orders that qualify for, are associated with, or result in a promotional giveaway, reward, or gift card are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once the promotional reward has been issued. This includes the original qualifying order and any purchase made using the issued gift card.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post. If the issue persists, contact your bank. If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@bisbeesoapandsundry.com.

SALE ITEMS
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, contact us at hello@bisbeesoapandsundry.com and send your item to:

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
