1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Bisbee Soap and Sundry, INC, located in Bisbee, Arizona, USA. This promotion is not affiliated with Shopify, Meta, Instagram, or any other third-party platform.
2. Promotion Period
November 26, 2025 at 12:00 AM MST through December 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents, 18 or older.
Not eligible:
- Employees of Bisbee Soap and Sundry, INC
- Immediate family or household members of employees
- Authorized resellers, retail partners, distributors, business entities purchasing for resale, or any customer purchasing under a wholesale or bulk pricing agreement
4. Methods of Entry
No purchase is required. One entry per person.
Bisbee Soap and Sundry, INC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that appears fraudulent, automated, or submitted in violation of these terms.
A. Purchase Entry
Place a retail order through the Bisbee Soap and Sundry online store during the promotion period. In-store purchases, and reseller purchases are not eligible.
B. No-Purchase Entry
1. Email entry
Send an email during the promotion period to: hello@bisbeesoapandsundry.com
Subject: Giveaway
Message: Count me in
Only emails with the exact phrase "Count me in" in the message body will be valid.
2. In-store QR code entry
Scan the in-store QR code and complete the giveaway entry form during the promotion period.
If an individual submits both a purchase entry and a no-purchase entry, only the purchase entry will be considered valid.
5. Prize
One total winner will be selected.
If the winner entered through a qualifying online purchase: They will receive a digital gift card equal to the product subtotal of their order after discounts, excluding tax.
If the winner entered via the no-purchase email method: They will receive a $50 digital gift card.
The gift card:
- Has no expiration
- Is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash
- Is transferable
- Is eligible for use online at bisbeesoapandsundry.com or in person at the Bisbee Soap and Sundry retail location
- May be applied toward products, shipping, and taxes
6. Winner Selection
A winner will be selected by random drawing and announced on December 4th, 2025.
The winner will be notified by email and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.
The winner's first name and last initial may be announced publicly unless the winner opts out in writing.
7. Returns
If any part of the winning order is returned, the gift card value will be reduced accordingly. If the full order is returned, the gift card will be void.
Purchases made using the issued gift card are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
All purchases and returns remain subject to the Bisbee Soap and Sundry Return and Refund Policy. In addition to that policy, any order associated with this promotion, including the winning order and any purchase made using the issued gift card, is final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once the promotional reward has been issued.
8. Modification or Cancellation
Bisbee Soap and Sundry, INC reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or issues outside its control.
